REFUNDS

For refunds on cancelled/ postponed shows;

Are you the purchaser/cardholder?
– The refunds will only be made to the card used at the time of purchase. Reach out to the cardholder to check on your refund.

Have you check your credit card or bank statement?
– If the funds are not in your account statement, please request for the ARN number from our team and you may provide it to your respective bank to check on the status of your refunds.

Expired card
– Reach out to your respective bank and request for the refund to be directed to your preferred card or bank account. They will assist you accordingly.

E-TICKETS

E-tickets will be sent to your email within 72 hours of purchase, if you have not received your e-tickets after 72 hours, you may find your e-tickets in the email keyed in at the time of purchase, or in the “My Tickets” page after logging in to your account on www.golive-asia.com. Please take note that the booking confirmation is not your e-ticket. Only E-tickets with a valid QR code can be used to enter the venue.

Please login using the same email used to purchase tickets. Kindly try both methods of login (i.e., google auto sign in or manually).
